Privacy policy
This site collects the bare minimum: the details you enter yourself in the trial or sign-up form, and the questions you ask the site’s assistant if you use it. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics tool and loads no third-party scripts.

What data, and why
When you request a trial session, we process your name and your phone number (required — without them we cannot call you back), along with your e-mail, what you are interested in and your message if you fill them in. If you ask to sign up, we also record the plan you chose. If you arrive from the timetable, the class you picked is pre-filled in that message: it stays visible and editable, and nothing is sent until you submit the form.
Purpose: to call you back, arrange the session and answer your request. We do not use this data for marketing, and we neither sell nor rent it to anyone.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You are under no obligation to give us this data; without it, we simply cannot handle your request.
Who has access
The club’s team. Your request is stored on the server that hosts this site, in the European Union, and sent to us by e-mail. Form data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area; only the questions asked to the assistant are (see below).
How long
Requests left without follow-up are deleted at the latest 12 months after the last exchange. If you become a member, your data is kept as part of your membership and the applicable accounting obligations.
The site’s assistant
The assistant is an artificial intelligence program: its answers are generated automatically, from the information published on this site only. If you use it, your questions and its answers are sent to Anthropic (United States), which provides the model, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses; Anthropic does not use them to train its models. We keep these conversations for 30 days on the site’s server to check and improve the answers, without your IP address; e-mail addresses and phone numbers you might type are masked before they are stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions about the club (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Do not enter personal or health data; for your specific case, call or write to the club.
Automated decisions
None. Your data is not subject to any profiling.
Your rights
- Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted
- Restriction: ask for the processing to be frozen
- Objection: object to the processing
- Portability: receive your data in a reusable format
To exercise a right, write to contact@athletic-center.lu. We reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
Cookies
None. This site sets no cookie. It only keeps in your browser your light or dark theme choice (until you change it) and, while the tab is open, the fact that the welcome animation has already played and, if you use the assistant, the current conversation. None of this is sent to us.
